You may return items within 5 days of receipt if they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon receipt.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
An unboxing video is mandatory for the approval of returns and refunds. This video must clearly show the condition of the product when it was received and should include the packaging and any included accessories. Without this video, we will not be able to process your return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at contact@clickswip.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that the unboxing video meets our requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing Time:
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items that are returned after the 5-day return window
- Products that are not returned with the required unboxing video
3. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
Original Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
